摘要：In a device for measuring and monitoring the filling level in a liquid container, inparticular the oil level in a motor vehicle engine, having an essentially rigid optical probe(1) arranged at the end of an essentially flexible rod (2), according to the invention, the
probe (1) is connected by a plug connection having at least one sealing element (5) to thesmooth inside wall (4) of the rod (2) which is of tubular construction at the side facing theprobe. At the same time, the probe has, at the side facing the rod, at least one
circumferential groove (3, 6) into which the sealing element (5) is inserted. The device hasthe advantage that it is permanently sealed, thermally resistant and space-saving. Nofurther means are necessary for attaching the probe to the flexible rod.
