The Surviving（一）

生存（一）

Your name is FangCe, and you are in a train, going across the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.

你叫方策，你正坐在穿越青藏高原的一列火车上。 You are the only one on the train. Suddenly, a loud bang wakes you up from sleeping, The engine starts to make loud noises, and the train stops slowly.

车上只有你一个人。突然，一声巨响把你从睡梦中惊醒，发动机发出巨大的噪音，火车慢慢地停下来。

Your phone suddenly does not work, and nobody knows where you are.

你的电话突然坏了，没人知道你在哪里。

You want to go down the mountain. There are some things in the train: the cloak, the apples, the lighter and the milk. You can take some of them with you.

你想下山。火车里有一些东西:斗篷、苹果、打火机和牛奶。你得带着它们。

So,you carry them and get off the train. It’s cold in winter here.

On the top of the mountain, you can see nothing at night. You go down very fast into the valley.

所以，你带着它们下了火车。这里的冬天实在是太冷了。晚上的山顶漆黑一片,伸手不见五指。没办法,你只能飞迅速地向山谷走去。

You walk for about 20 minutes, the snow is deep and you are very cold. You go into the trees and light a fire to warm your body. You sit all night in the trees in front of your fire because you can’t fall into sleep with this cold. You have to think about what you can do for surviving the next morning.

你走了大约20分钟，雪太深了,你也太冷了。你走进树林，点燃一堆火来取暖。因为严寒你无法入睡,你在火堆前坐了一夜。你得好好考虑一下为生存你应该做些什么。

You sit by the fire and watch the sky for two days. Nothing happens. So you decide to go out the trees. After a few minutes you see a tunnel in front of you.

你坐在篝火边无奈地望着天空，两天过去了，什么奇迹都没有发生。所以你决定走出树林寻找出路。几分钟后，一条隧道出现在你面前。

It has very poor light inside it. You are afraid to go in there.

There is a path with a lot of rocks on the left. You think for a moment and take this way.

隧道里面漆黑一片，伸手不见五指，你怕极了，没敢进去。在你的左手边，还有一条满的怪石的小路，你想了一会儿，选择走这条路逃生。

It’s very difficult to go past the rocks in the path. After a few minutes you are very tired. You are a long way down the path, and it is nearly night again.

要通过这样的小路是非常困难的事情。没几分钟，你就气喘吁吁了。你走了很长一段路，现在几乎又到了晚上。

You make a fire in the trees and eat apples. The next morning you are very hungry. The apples you carried have been eaten up. You have to search something for your belly.

你又在树林里生了堆篝火，吃掉了最后几个苹果。现在，你带的苹果已经吃光了。你得为你的肚子去找些吃的了。

The next morning, you get up early. You walk out of the trees and look down and see the tracks of an animal in the snow. “Perhaps I can catch it and eat it” you think. You walk along the tracks for a long way across the snow into the trees.

第二天早上，你起得很早。你走出树林后低头一看，雪地上有动物的足迹。“也许我能抓它来填饱肚子”你想到。你沿着足迹穿过雪地、走进树林，追踪了好长一段路。

These tracks go behind a very big tree. You detour it and you see a very big bear！You think:“I can’t kill it”.So you walk quietly away.

最终，足迹消失在了一棵参天大树的后面。你绕了过去，竟然看到了一头熊！你想：“我可杀不死这个大块头。”于是，你蹑手蹑脚地逃开了。

You walk out of the trees. You see some strange red fruit on one of the trees. You have never seen them, so you can’t eat them.

你从树林里走了出来，忽然你在其中的一棵树上看到了一些奇怪的红果子，你从未见过它们，所以你没敢吃它们。

You continue through the snow. You have nothing to eat, luckily you can make fires, and eat some snow for your thirsting.

你继续在无边无际的雪地里艰难地前行。你已经没有吃的了，值得庆幸的是你还可以生火，吃些雪来充饥。

After a while, you come to an icy lake. You walk carefully onto the lake. After a few minutes, the ice under your feet begins to move. You run quickly back to the shore of the lake and walk around it.

不一会儿，你来到了一个冰湖前。你小心翼翼地走在了结冰的湖面上。没几分钟，你脚下的冰开始动了起来，你迅速地跑回了湖岸上，然后老老实实地绕着湖岸走。

After about 10 kilometers, you find a river. The water of it is going out of the lake and down a valley. You walk all round the lake.

大约走了10公里后，你发现了一条河。河水从湖里流出来，然后又向一个山谷淌去。你在湖的周围走着。

You are now very tired and you can’t find anything to eat. So you must go down the river. There is ice over the river, but there are also some holes in the ice.

现在你实在太累了，你不能找到任何吃的东西。没法子，你必须沿着河向下游走去。河面上结了一层冰，但是冰上也有一些洞。

Through the holes, you can see that there are some fish in the water.“Perhaps I can catch a fish and eat it.”you think.

透过这些冰窟窿，你能看见水里有不少鱼。“也许我能抓条鱼来充饥”你想到。

You jump into the river and fish for about 20 minutes. Finally you catch one. After a while, you catch more. You are very cold now, so you light a fire and cook and eat a fish. It tastes great!.

你跳进了河里开始捕鱼，抓了二十多分钟，终于抓到了一条。又过了一会儿，你又抓了一些。现在你已经被冻透了，所以你点了堆篝火，把鱼烤上了，烤熟后你就狼吞虎咽地吃了，味道竟然好极了！

It’s evening again, but because of the fish you are not hungry and cold. You build a simple house with sticks under the trees to keep out the cold. You sleep very well at that night.

时间又到了晚上,但是由于那些美味的烤鱼,你并不觉得又冷又饿.你在树林里搭了个简易的木屋来御寒。那晚，你睡得很香。

You get up early in the next morning and full of energy. Suddenly, there is a lot of noise over your head. You hurry out and look up. It turns out that there is a helicopter in the sky flying across the snow.

第二天早上你起得很早，而且精力充沛。突然，你听见嘈杂的声

音。你赶紧出去看看。原来是一架直升飞机正在飞过雪原。

You can see it but it can’t see you because of the trees, and it is going away fast. You shout at the helicopter and wave your arms. It turns and comes back for a moment, then flies away.

你能看见它，但是因为这些树挡着，它却看不到你，眼看它就要消失了。你赶紧挥着双手大喊了起来。它转了回来，呆了一会儿，然后就飞走了。

You have no choice but you have to build a big fire. There is a lot of smoke going up into the sky， it goes up all day long. The next

day, you finally hear the helicopter again.

没法子，你只能再点一堆更大的篝火。这堆大火冒出的浓烟直冲云霄。一整天都冒个不停。第二天，你终于又听到了直升飞机的声音。

This time, it sees the smoke and finds you. In a little while it lands on the snow near you. You are save now. You fly to the nearest hospital where you can rest and eat.

这次，它看见了浓烟，也发现了你。不一会儿，它就降落在你身边的雪地上。你终于安全了。你被送到了最近的医院里，在那里你终于可以填饱你的肚子，好好休息一会儿了。
