DEADS方法对戒烟的技巧做了很好的概括
• Delay,推迟:如想吸烟,将吸烟的时间推迟 • Escape,躲避:看到别人吸烟时,尽可能避开 • Avoid,回避:回避吸烟的动机 • Distraction,分散:分散注意力
• Support,支持:争取周围人、家庭、社会的支持。 戒烟综合征
常吸烟的人突然戒烟就会出现烦躁不安、头昏头痛、失眠忧虑、咳嗽多汗、心率下降、食欲或体重增加等一系列的不适感。这在医学上称尼古丁戒断综合征,俗称戒烟综合征,戒烟综合征的发生是由于戒烟期间,摄入的尼古丁迅速减少,达不到大脑要求的水平而出现的。戒烟过程中,不管是否服用药物,都可能出现戒烟综合征,而且烟龄越高,戒烟时戒断综合征的表现就越明显。当吸烟者放弃吸烟后,身体便开始着手修复过程,清除长年累月吸烟留下的破坏和残余物。时间的长短就因人而异。这时,你的决心和毅力就能派上大用场了。挺过这一阶段,之后就会渐渐好起来的。
