摘要：The invention relates to a contactless system for measuring centricity anddiameter, comprising i) an optical measuring device (13, 13', 14, 14') for determining theexternal diameter and the position of a cable (3) on an optical, perpendicular plane thatruns transversally to the central axis Z of a measuring device (2), whereby said cable (3)has a conductor (4) and a jacket (5) that insulates said conductor and is pulled throughthe measuring device (2) along the central axis Z, ii) an inductive measuring coil device (1)for determining the position of the conductor (3) on an inductive measuring plane, whichis likewise perpendicular and runs transversally to the central axis Z of the measuringdevice (2), and iii) means, which correlate the position of the cable (3), determined by theoptical measuring device (1) with the position of the conductor (4), calculated by theinductive measuring coil device (1) and which calculate the centricity of the conductor (4)in the jacket (5) from said correlation. Said measuring system is characterised in that themeasuring coils of the measuring device (1) are arranged in pairs or halves in relation tothe optical measuring plane and that the field intensity is determined upstream anddownstream of the measuring plane, whereby the field intensities are correlated in such away that the field intensity on an active inductive measuring plane is obtained.
