摘要：The present invention embraces a manually operated arrangement (“A”) anda method, adaptable for a transfer along a longitudinal extension of a rail () and intendedto be able to secure said rail to a subjacent crosstie () by a horizontal transfer of clips (),
included in fastening elements (), and displaceably oriented in relation to a holder ()included in the fastening element (), where the holder () co-operates firmly with saidcrosstie (). The respective one of said clips () is adapted to, by a movement, allowdisplacing the clips () horizontally for a clamping of the rail base () in relation to theholder (). An opposed first pair () of a first lever-shaped means () is adapted to, via itslower end areas () co-operate with the clips. For this purpose, the invention provides ameans () lifting the crosstie () with holders () and clips () up to the rail base, which means isadapted adjustable in height (“D”).
