Apickingstatusisrecordedineachdeliveryitemforthepurposeofschedulingandmonitoring.Thisstatusindicateswheretheitemisinthepickingprocedure.Inthesystemstandardsettings,itisaprerequisiteforagoodsissuetobeposted,thattheitemsthatarerelevant,havebeenpicked.Therefore,adeliveryquantitymustequalapickingquantityintheoutbounddelivery.
TheWarehouseManagementsystem(WM)isfullyintegratedintheLogisticsExecutionSystem(LES).Forexample,youcancreateaWarehouseManagementtransferorderdirectlyfromtheoutbounddelivery.Thecurrentstatusofthe
WarehouseManagementprocesscanalsobemonitoredfromthedeliveryorfromthesalesorder.
GoodsIssuePostingFunctions
Theoutbounddeliveryformsthebasisofgoodsissueposting.Thedatarequiredforgoodsissuepostingiscopiedfromtheoutbounddeliveryintothegoodsissuedocument,whichcannotbechangedmanually.Anychangesmustbemadeintheoutbounddeliveryitself.Aftergoodsissueispostedforanoutbounddelivery,thescopeforchangingthedeliverydocumentbecomesverylimited.Thispreventsanydiscrepanciesbetweenthegoodsissuedocumentandtheoutbounddelivery.Inthisway,youcanbesurethatthegoodsissuedocumentisanaccuratereflectionoftheoutbounddelivery.
