The enable function is common to allfour drivers and offers the choice of an active-highor active-low enable (G, G) input. Low-powerSchottky circuitry reduces power consumptionwithout sacrificing speed.FK PACKAGE(TOP VIEW)VCC3ANC11Y1A322019184Y174Z16NC15G143Z1ZGNC2Z2Y4567101112132AORDERING INFORMATIONTAPDIP – N0°C to 70°CSOICDSOIC – DSOP – NSSSOP – DB–55°C to 125Cto125°CCDIP – JLCCC – FKPACKAGE†TubeTubeTape and reelTape and reelTape and reelTubeTubeORDERABLEPART NUMBERAM26LS31CNAM26LS31CDAM26LS31CDRAM26LS31CNSRAM26LS31CDBRAM26LS31MJAM26LS31MFKTOP-SIDEMARKINGAM26LS31CNAM26LS31C26LS31SA31CAM26LS31MJBAM26LS31MFKB†Package drawings, standard packing quantities, thermal data, symbolization, and PCB design guidelines areavailable at www.ti.com/sc/package.Please be aware that an important notice concerning availability, standard warranty, and use in critical applications ofTexasInstruments semiconductor products and disclaimers thereto appears at the end of this data sheet.PRODUCTION DATA information is current as of publication date.Products conform to specifications per the terms of Texas Instrumentsstandard warranty.
